"La Macchia degli Esperti" is open all year round by reservation. It has a winter site in the evocative atmosphere of the fireside and a summer site in the magical setting of ancient olive trees. It is also a trattoria, pizzeria and antipasteria with an ancient wood-burning oven. Here you will find good food and a warm welcome!

- virgin and extra virgin olive oil taster at the University of Foggia;
- pizza taster at the University of Foggia;
- designated judge at the "Pizza al Fungo" World Championship;
- 2nd place at the "Mushroom Pizza" World Championship for the Pizza Wellness Trophy;
- 3rd place at the "Mushroom Pizza" World Championship;
- 3rd place in the "Spicy Pizza" World Competition.

The "Macchia degli Esperti" pizzeria is constantly evolving and uses high quality raw materials.
Pizza doughs are traditional or alternative:

- traditional dough with 00 and type 1 wheat flour;

- dough "HIMALAYA" WITH GOJI BERRIES AND CHIA SEEDS: there is stone type 1 soft wheat flour;

- dough HEMP, with essential proteins and amino acids, omega 3 and omega 6, fibers and mineral salts.

TRATTORIA
There are:
- typical foods with aromatic oils;
- meat cooked on the grill using olive wood;
- lactose-free foods;
- vegetarian foods;
- vegan foods.

The large rooms can take birthday parties with horses and various types of ceremonies.

At "La Macchia degli Esperti" you will find areas reserved for CAMPER.
